Wayne quickly climbed up the Corporate ladder and was considered one of the top rising stars in the Entertainment / Nightlife / F&B Operations. He was later recognized as one of the youngest General Managers (26yrs of Age) inside of resorts such as the Bellagio, Wynn, and Mirage. During Wayne's tenure in Las Vegas from 2004-2010 is where he began investing in Real Estate. He was single handedly involved in the Las Vegas market collapse in early 2008 and found himself facing foreclosure on multiple properties. Rather than giving up on real estate, his mindset shifted into "Learning" from his losses in the Las Vegas Market. This is where he realized / developed his true passion of wanting to master, educate and lead others in Real Estate. In 2010 he decided to follow his dreams to build a real estate investment company. He then headed back to Long Island and partnered up with his former partner. Together these two began building the platform for Max Returns Real Estate Investment and Easy sell Property Solutions. These companies offered a wide variety of Real Estate solutions for home buyers/sellers and real estate investors in the NY Tri-State Area. Wayne's former companies have ben recognized as Long Islands Premier Residential Real Estate Redevelopment Company. Doing over 5 million in annual revenue with hundreds of transactions under his belt. Wayne is very well known for doing large six figure renovation and development deals in his local market and teaching many others his proven systems on how to fix and flip properties. Wayne was the Co-Host of "Cashing Out" on LI News Radios 103.9 WRCN.
